This restaurant remodel updated a 1960's era dining space. The existing space was cramped, dark, and unwelcoming. The ceiling height was only 6'7" high and did not meet the current building code. The existing second floor was removed to create an open and light filled room with a high ceiling and a dining mezzanine. The guardrail wraps around the space and down the new stair. The redesign resulted in the space being rented before the project was finished.
