​This historic San Francisco residence was filled with dark, cramped spaces. We did a full renovation, bringing in natural light, opening up the floor-plans to create wide, open, light-filled spaces. To achieve this the typical house program was flipped to locate all the public spaces upstairs leading to a spectacular roof deck with views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and Coit tower.
